inulin
Inulin is found in almost all plants. It is another form of energy storage in plants other than starch. Our inulin is made from inulin refined by a water extraction process using jerusalem artichoke as the raw material. Inulin has the appearance of a white amorphous powder with a slightly sweet taste. It can dissolve quickly in water at room temperature without stirring, and the solubility of inulin increases significantly with the increase of temperature. Inulin is a mixture of fructose with a degree of polymerization ranging from 2 to 60 or more species. Inulin is considered a functional food ingredient because it can influence human physiological and biochemical processes, resulting in improved health and reduced risk of many diseases. This soluble fiber is often added to processed foods to provide fiber, bulk and sweetness. Inulin is also used in the production of oligofructose and fructose syrup.

Sachyose
Stachyose: It is a functional oligosaccharide with stable physical and chemical properties. As a prebiotic, it is known as "natural super bifidus factor" and will be directly decomposed and utilized by microorganisms in the gut after entering the human body, playing a variety of physiological functions.
